You'll have to put your install disk in, press F1 and type "linux rescue" when prompted.

 

Then you can choose the option for mounting the partitions, and at the command prompt type mount to find out where your partitions are mounted, then change to something like /mnt/boot/grub. You should have a menu.lst and a menu.lst~ file. The menu.lst~ file is the backup copy, so just do:

 

cp menu.lst~ menu.lst

 

and reboot and you're back to normal.
