ffi
My multimedia apps, look hard coded for 3 different codec paths. I read here something about symlinking directories??? to other directories. Right now I have all the codecs duplicated, but how do I symlink them to one directory????? theYinYeti
Let's say you have codecs in /usr/lib/win32/ and you want them also under /usr/share/lib/win32/, then you'd run this (as root): # ln -s /usr/lib/win32 /usr/share/lib/win32 Yves. ffi
Another question, how do I remove a symlink?
scarecrow
Another question, how do I remove a symlink? Just clear the target by renaming it first, but remember to return it to previous status after removing.
