maparus Posted March 19, 2006 Report Share Posted March 19, 2006 I found two cards within my price range one is BFG Asylum factory oc FX 5200 256 MB coreclock 280 mhz the other is a BFG factory oc FX 5500 128mb but has a coreclock of 290 mhz. tyme Posted March 20, 2006 Report Share Posted March 20, 2006 Both of these cards are supported via the Nvidia driver, and both will work equally well. However, there is an issue with these cards initially in 2006 due to the xorg drivers being buggy. But, once you install the nvidia drivers (directions here) you'll be good to go.
