Jza
So I have mandriva 2006 and I can't change my xkblayout, I used to change it showing it like $ xmodmap es But now that gives me that it cant find it, there is still an 'es' (for spanish) under /ext/X11/xkb/symbol/ but still cant find it or reports errors at different lines. Since Mandriva release a new version (Mandriva ONE) I want to install on my lappy and make it right so I can have a xkb layout and I also want o make sure that I can easily change the keyboard language with a shortcut key. Existe otro comando llamdo setxkbmap -layout es Pero no lo he probado. [moved from Installing Mandriva by spinynorman]
