Guest darknightuk Posted February 26, 2006 Report Share Posted February 26, 2006 (edited) Hi i've installed mandrake 2006 everything seems to be going fine except i can't get the network running correctly my wireless card(RT2500 based) it detects the card and ifconfig shows it running but isn't picking up an ip, if i play with the settings long enougth it sometimes stays up till i reboot then i have to delete the card and start again i've tried using dhcp and a static ip but seems to make no diff, dunnno where to start with this really cus works fine in fc4 and ubuntu, was going to manually set the card without using the gui but am not sure what to put in and where?
