Ixthusdan Posted November 14, 2005 Report Share Posted November 14, 2005 All of my Mandriva installations have been downloaded and burned to disk, except the the very first one I had, Mandrake 7.0. I purchased that one at retail. The updates are all available on- line, which is generally how I update any of my installations. It's easier. Does the update disk not read when you put it in? AFAIK, Manriva has not published an update CD for 2005. I'm assuming you have the Special Edition magazine published by Linux Format here in the uk?
