I need some help, Graphics card ATI 9250, kernel-2.6.11-9.mm.6mdk, gcc4.0.1, mandriva 2006 I've tried both the ATI fglrx rpm and thacs version. Thacs is a bit more stable, at least it can be uninstalled. the raw ATI rpm cant. The module fails to build with gcc4, this looks pretty well known from the googling I've done, with a patch available for FC4. Has anyone succeeded in getting this module to compile with gcc4, if so can I have a copy please, If not which graphics cards are 100% functional with dri , and not too expensive.
