solarian
Hi there! I with some friends have decided to make a professional looking animation/cartoon (art/video/music/text). Talent and skill we have, software to put it all together we don't. And as I"m the most computer savy among them I've also taken up the task to do it. So what we (I) need is a semi-professional animation software. Nothing extreme, but also nothing that limits imagination. The great thing would be if it runs on Linux (it being my primary workstation). So know you of any semi-professional animation software that runs on Linux? I've found one I like on Windows -> http://www.toonboom.com/products/toonBoomStudio/ Need something simmilar on Linux (if there is)

solarian
KToon seems like a very cool software, I really like it, but it's a bit unfinished. As I understand it's under development, but such features as -undo- really would be nice to have. I'll keep my eye on KToon, see how it develops, but sadly it's not serios work ready at this stage.
