veeral
Hi everyone. I am getting an error as follows: <0> kernel panic : fatal exception in interrupt In interrupt handler -not syncing I don't know how I got this error because I have been trying to configure my intel wireless 22 b/g card on my laptop (toshiba centrino) and that's it. I have logged in windows and linux many times and have been doing it almost daily. I just do not know how I got this error. because of this, linux doesn't boot now and gets stuck on the above message. This is an additional problem as I was already facing a hell lot of them regarding wireless. Any help for solving this issue is greatly appreciated. Thanks and have a nice day! Ixthusdan
If you are saying that you have not installed or compiled a new kernel and you are suddenly getting this error, then either remove the device you were trying to work with so you can boot or you may have inadvertently fudged your kernel.
