aioshin
is there a way that i can download all the files from a source ftp or http using wget? actually, i want to download all the files of 10.1 updates so I can bring it at home. How should I do this using a single command? Im confused of its man page, I want to use it because of its rate limit but dont exactly find the command to get multiple files. in advance [moved from Tips & Tricks by spinynorman]
ramfree17
you can use the recursive option in wget and just point it to the directory of the files you want to get. or was it in the index page (if it has one) containing all the links to the files you want to retrieve. ciao! bvc
be careful with that recursive option and use the --level=NUMBER option with it....you can wake up to a full hd wget --recursive --level=1 for one directory
