Maxplayer14
Well, I updgraded to 3.4 last week sometime. Still having a few issues, so I decided to see if there were any new updates. I did urpmi.update -a. I have Thacs, and I did a urpmi kdebase. It fould a few packages, downloaded and installed them. I then restarted x. When I did this everything came up fine. But when I click the little star on my taskbar, it disappears and I can't get it back. Any suggestions? Thanks. Maxplayer14
Open a console and type: kicker. Post the errors <{POST_SNAPBACK}> No errors, thats what I am trying to say. It is actually loads when I do that. I can do anything. Until I click on the Mandrake Star. Then bam it disappears. I can slide it back and forth. I can click on my applets. Its only when I click the star(K Menu) that it happens.
Maxplayer14
Weird Also happens when I right click on Taksbar>Add to Panel>and just graze my mouse over application. No over the first one Applet, but over the second one Application.
devries
Sounds like config problem. Can you add a k-menu button? (rightclick, add, special button). Try removing the kickerrc (.kde/share/config). Or try changing the way kicker hided (rightclick, panel settings, tab hide)
