Networking Profiles

I remember Mandrake 9.x used to have netowrking profiles, that mean that you will have a set of connection parameters on devices under a profile and when you switch enviroments you just switch the profile on mcc.

However I am on 10.1 and I dont see this functionality, I wonder where it went?

My problem: I got a dial up connection and a network card. Sometimes I get on with the modem on the internet then I want my friend connects to the LAN and want to get on line so I tried to enable ICS.

The problem is that when I start up the network card, my DNS get screwed up and I stop recieving internet because it asumes that I am triying to connect to the internet from the network card. Anyway to solve this.

Note: Sometimes he gets on line and I need to the internet comming thru eth0, anyway to help me with this?

So I found something about the profiles

I got the following (empty) path:

/etc/sysconfig/networking/profiles/

This is what I want to get to affect, anywhere to do anything with it?
