Jza
Hi I am a dual boot and I need to update my kernel to install my modem. The issue is that this kernel is not updated to 10.1 (still from 10.0) so what I need is to update it, I download the RPM but asked me for bootloader-utils 1.9. My question is if there any other rpm I should be download, since I need to reboot each time and I am also in dial up, this process could be really time consumig. devries
Urpmi takes care of dependencies. Just do urpmi kernelxxxx and it will tell you what packages are needed. I'm afraid there is not other way to tell what packages are needed.

The linux driver for my mdem can only run once I update the kernel.
