For nokia, you need to get something like gnokii ( http://www.gnokii.org/ ) Sony Ericsson is easier, all you need is ircp, which I think is available in contrib. I think the best solution is to check for your cellphone in http://www.tuxmobil.org and see what kind of software it needs to communicate.
