Mobile phone to connect to the internet

Hello to all,

I have two computers, one running Fedora Core 3 and I want to install Mandrake 10.1 official on the second one.

But I have this problem I haven't figured out yet (which is why I uninstalled Mandrake and installed fedora on my first computer).

The only way for me to connect to the internet is via a mobile phone. I use a Motorola C336 as a GPRS modem and works fine on Fedora. To do so I had to make a symbolic link /dev/ttyACM0 to /dev/modem and that was it. KPPP recognizes it and connects. I've been using it for months now with no problems. But on mandrake I can't find ttyACM0. Where is it? Would such solution work?
