null
I like Linux Format magazine, but only occasionally buy it - too damn expensive here (US) - over $16 after tax. Anyway, the current issue has a 15-distro comparo. thought it was pretty interesting. They picked mdk 10.1 as #1. FC3 as a close 2nd. Reason they chose mdk was that it "spoils you with easy administration...". They thought FC3 was just a great distro but not a easy to administer as mdk 10.1. I may put one or the other on my old win2k box, and make it a dual-boot.
inflexion
not used FC3 but tbh there is still little difference in it IMO im also supprised that Ubuntu came that low down aswell, given the amount of support and users it has already. Oh btw the next issue aint that hot unless you want to do networking ;)
JeffSmdk
That was an excellent article. I agreed with most of the opinions, particularily since they put Mandrake at number one. I as also able to learn a lot about other distros, with their various strengths and weeknesses.
