I have a 160 Gb HDD with NTFS-partitions with important data in the first 150 Gb, and i'd like to install Linux Mandrake 9.2 on a new partition at the end of HDD. I'm new in linux, so could you tell me does it support 48-bit LBA mode "from the box"?and will this new linux-partition be visible for lilo ? And what is a 1024-cylinder problem ?
