FX Posted January 9, 2005 Report Share Posted January 9, 2005 I got all the latest stuff from sourceforge and have it all installed and compiled. When I run the command "gnomad2" in a terminal I get this error.... gnomad2: error while loading shared libraries: libnjb-1.3.so: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory And I know its installed because the compile went fine with no errors and after doing a "whereis libnjb" it is found here..... libnjb: /usr/local/lib/libnjb.la /usr/local/lib/libnjb.so /usr/local/lib/libnjb.a I'm thinkng that maybe I don't have something linked right or something in the correct path, but not sure on how to do that, even after reading the directions.
