mark_667
There is a piece of software for Windows called SocksCap. This automatically forwards all your Internet traffic through a SOCKSv5 server. Is there any Linux equivelant that can be used by a home user and doesn't require you to be on a network? arthur
Squid is a proxy server, not a client. You might want to take a look at proxychains but it doesn't hook Firefox (I doubt if the windows one hooks IE...) but you can go to Firefox's Edit->Preferences and set a Socks5 server for all connections.
