reb2 Posted January 1, 2005 Report Share Posted January 1, 2005 i have down loaded the dvd iso of mandy 10.1oe. checked the checksum all ok. then i went to burn the image with k3b (which came with 10.oe). it also checked the checksum and it was correct. then it burned the image but, although it said burning complete only 2064 mb burned out of 2075mb ? weird i thought, and after verifying data written, the checksum is incorrect. i have written at both 4x and 2.4x onto 4.7gb dvd+r media with the same result? are these images ok or not? any ideas anyone? thanks in advance reb :unsure: Moved from everything linux --anon Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
thatguy Posted January 14, 2005 Report Share Posted January 14, 2005 Every time I burn a DVD with k3b, it tells me that there was an error and the md5sums don't match, but it works fine anyway.
