Guest mvaraujo
Hi All! After updating my 10.0 instalation to 10.1 (community), I got a problem: the logon screen doesn't appear on the graphical interface. I found out that if I login root in one of text consoles and kill a lp.script, the boot completes, the logon screen appears and I use the system without problems. If I leave it with that script running, it stays there for hours and nothing happens... What can I do for that? I can't stand killing that process every time a boot the machine! Thanks!!! devries
What does the lp.script do? What program does it belong to? Uninstall that program.

I don't know what it does... It's in the /etc/dynamic/scripts/ I don't see what to uninstall to unload this? And will the system work if I uninstall? Thanks!
