inflexion Posted December 7, 2004 Report Share Posted December 7, 2004 right im no stranger to google and the search button so ive tried atleast im trying to install amarok (obviously!) that came with a LinuxFormat CD and ive installed taglib-1.3 that came with it and now it says that cant find X includes from what ive read i need XFree-devel ive been searching for a good hour and cant find it :( any ideas please? Also while it asks to check the installation path how can i find the default install paths for stuff because so far ive installed stuff in /usr/share/newfolder and ran stuff from there.
