Guest RebelCode
Do do I go about viewing running servers on Mandrake 10.0? How do I install them? Moved from Software Forum to Networking Forum - Artificial Intelligence
Leo
You could try looking at "services" under Mandrake Control Centre which may give you an idea as to what you are currently running. I am not sure about other networked machines, perhaps if you give a list of what you think you ought to be able to see and where you think it ought to be someone may be able to help. If you also give a list of what you would like to install that would help too.
Michel
Heya, some time since I used Mandrake, but you can install sofwtare using Mandrake's control-center. There is a section software-management that contains a "install software"-part. You can search for something you want, but you can also view software based on catehory. I think there is a server-category. Hope this helps some, Michel
