The Infamous WPC11 ver.4

I am really new to linux, and hopefully will be able to stick with it. I have recently installed Mandrake 10.1, and from what I can see, it is by far the best distro, as I have tried a couple distros in the past few weeks. The problem, like everyone else, is the notorious WPC11 ver. 4 wireless card.

I have installed ndiswrapper & downloaded the driver (RTL8180). Used ndiswrapper & installed the driver. So far that has worked great...

The problem is, after running cardctl ident, no wireless extensions are found. :wall:

My question is, how do I get Mandrake to locate the card, to install the driver w/ndiswrapper?

When I go into configure your computer, the card is there, but not recognized...

should I move the ndiswrapper file to the driver file for the pcmcia device?

Thanks in advance!
