arctic Posted November 7, 2004 Report Share Posted November 7, 2004 could you provide a bit more information about the steps you made for installation? which filesystem, how many partitions do you have? maybe it is due to the sata-drive but i am sorry, i can't give any real help for now. SpikeyKlitske Posted November 8, 2004 Report Share Posted November 8, 2004 My experience with slow computers is that it was network related, ie. your computer is looking for something that isnt there and just waits for till it times out.
