SpikeyKlitske
I cant help ya with the flashplayer other then adding that i managed to install it correctly. I am using Mozilla-firefox as browser btw. With regard to your slow response this might have to do with IPv6 enabled. Ivan McCann has posted how to disable it. This is how he tackled it: Ok, I had this problem. I have fixed it (at least for now) by turning off IPV6 support. To verify you have IPV6 on, run ifconfig and look for `ipv6` on your main network interface. To turn it off, su to root and edit /etc/modprobe.conf Add this line at the bottom of the file: alias net-pf-10 off Save, sync and reboot nicely. Yeah, I know its a windows kinda thing to do, but: service network restart does not appear to do the trick. You are welcome to try. Once rebooted, my browsing sped up immensely. I watched my workstations network output and it appeared that my system was doing multiple IPV6 requests before using IPV4. Removing IPV6 has improved my life. Its not a good long term solution, however. I will be watching for a proper fix. Hope this helps.
