Guest themadpimp
I have created a ML 10 Official Domain controller for my W2K/WXP network. I had no problems getting all of the users to see their home directories on the ML server. I would however like to create a few shares that all the users could access. I have read through a lot of Samba documentation and have seen several references to modifying /etc/fstab in order to get it working. These references do not ever provide specific examples of how fstab should be modified. Basically, I want to create a top level directory called /data with subdirectories /sales, /administration and /tech. What changes do I need to make to fstab in order to get it working? Thanks, TMP **Edit** As I should probably mention, I want these directories to show up as Windows networked drives on each workstation for users who have permissions. For example: the user's home directory mounts as "<user> on <server description>(<server name>) X:" Edited October 5, 2004 by themadpimp
