Are we talking about XFce or XFce4? I use XFce4 on my Gentoo box and it ROCKS.

If xfce is not in your software manager or urpmi, then you did not install the sources using easy urpmi as suggested in previous posts. I'd suggest you read the faq's regarding urpmi. This will greatly help you in getting xfce installed. Also if you have any other problems, we need specifics if you want our help, i.e. error messeges. Procedures and commands you've performed, etc. We can't help you if we don't know what's going on.

I had download all xfce packets: So what now? What should be first install? Or whatever?

Build order:

 

1. libxfce4util

2. libxfcegui4

3. libxfce4mcs

4. xfce-mcs-manager

5. all other modules (you have to install xfce4 panel before compiling panel plugins).

well, I know. But on the rpm ( ac_dispatcher's link) packets there is nothing like number one to number three. So whatever rank to install the packets?

the first three are needed, otherwise, xcfe4 won't run at all. check that you have/find the first three rpms.
