teh_sAbEr Posted August 23, 2004 Report Share Posted August 23, 2004 well, the only game ive tried installing w/Cedega(CVS) is Ghost Recon, and i have downloaded the DCOM98 thing from the microsoft website (supposed to provide support for the InstallShield Installer..) when i type in "cvscedega /mnt/cdrom/setup.exe", A little box appears with a "Ghost Recon is now preparing the Installshield wizard....etc" plus the Wine Console, and after that nothing happens. any suggestions? i Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
Padma Posted August 23, 2004 Report Share Posted August 23, 2004 All I can think is that the official "paid for" version of Cedega includes many proprietary drivers/dlls that are NOT included in the CVS tree.
