Guest wilsnyder Posted August 12, 2004 Report Share Posted August 12, 2004 I have one computer with a dsl connection, and I've set up nat to my other, internal computer. I've set up shorewall by hand, and the firewall seems to work fine. Nat works fine, I can access the internet from my internal computer, and I can ssh from my interal computer to the computer with dsl. However, I can't ssh from my firewall computer to my internal computer. When I disable shorewall, though, ssh works in both directions. You have to install it, start the service (it starts automatically next time you boot), go to a browser and type https://localhost:10000, log in and you are set. -TN The name of the configuration tool is Webmin?
