Fedora Core 2 problem.

Recommended Posts

So, I installed everything and it all works fine... except for the internet (I'm under XP right now). It connects to the net (Using KPPP), but when I try to load a page, it says that the host does not exist just like if I wasn't connected. The thing is, I HEARD the phone while connecting to the net and the sound was normal, just like if I was connecting in Windows. Any clues ?

From your win box,

ipconfig /all (in a cmd)

look fo r "dns" entries and put those into your /etc/resolv.conf

ex.

search kc.rr.com

nameserver 24.94.165.25

nameserver 24.94.163.113

nameserver 24.94.165.132
