fangbite Posted July 5, 2004 Report Share Posted July 5, 2004 I decided to put mandrake 10 OE on my dell latitude cpx laptop and everything went well till i tried to use mozilla (the browser of choice) in KDE (my desktop of choice). With my other computers it was a simple switching of things like the panel menu then everything was fine but this time I tried to use mozilla but it tried booting up for about 10 seconds before not showing up. I downloaded the version from the web using konquer but the same problem existed. Anyone got any suggestions? Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

I used urpmi to install gaim and then by accident i clicked the mozilla icon and boom it works. I guess it installed some file which it needed but never told me about. Gad i'm a noob.
