spider200 Posted July 2, 2004 Report Share Posted July 2, 2004 i know this isn't the place for this question but i figured linux gurus would know just the same. i received a imac G3 but i didn't get the original power cord, so i used a pc power cord, but when i try and turn on the computer the power comes on but the light seems to fade, i was told the computer was in exvcellent condition and it looks fantastic. I am dubious of an internal error that stifles the power could a pc power cord cause the power to not work with a macintosh ???? please answer if possible, again i am sorry for posting this question here but i need an answer soon if possible, it won't happen again. thank you Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
