Guest pingouin Posted June 29, 2004 Report Share Posted June 29, 2004 I'm trying to get amavis going with postfix, clamav and spamassassin on my fresh installed Mandrake 10 OE box. B) I've used mandrake packages for all the above programs. Each of them has been tested (telnet connections) and seems to work. Problem : when i send a mail, postfix doesn't invoke amavis (or it seems not to). Precision : I let the default configuration provided by mandrake package and I had my local parameters (domain name, localhost name, etc.) Is this an known issue. Thank for your help. Guest sevens Posted June 30, 2004 Report Share Posted June 30, 2004 Try this step: 1. Make sure the system listen on port 10024, 10025 and 25 (check using telnet) 2. Add content_filter = smtp-amavis:[127.0.0.1]:10024 on the end of main.cf 3. I'm investigating for a problem in chroot execution of postfix (missing a config file for example).
