Installing Apollon

I just can't get it installed, I get error after error...

 

the latest is:

 

* grep: /usr/X11R6/lib/libGL.la: No such file or directory

* sed: no se puede leer /usr/X11R6/lib/libGL.la: No such file or directory

* libtool: link: `/usr/X11R6/lib/libGL.la' is not a valid libtool archive

* make[4]: *** [libapollon.la] Error 1

You're missing the file /usr/X11R6/lib/libGL.la, which is probably due to you having the nvidia drivers installed?? You should be able to create a symbolic link from the nvidia GL lib to a location the configure script will like.

urpmi apollon

command not found

 

:(

 

 

now it lets me install it, but it doesn't run.

 

it says it's loading apollon, and nothing happens... it disappears from the taskbar after a while

 

god, this is so frustrating...

 

it's a freaking mess to install an app... :(

I always need lib bla bla bla bla

 

why don't they use standard libs, so I can spend more time using the app that installing it... :(
