Guest Unload Posted May 29, 2004 Report Share Posted May 29, 2004 Hi everyone, just installed Mandrake 10 OE, I'm completely new to linux, and so far it's been a good experience, but, I've encountered that my USB cdr drive, a HP 8200, doesn't work like it should. I had no problems installing it, I also intalled k3b, but once inside the program, it just does nothing when either writing a cdr, or erasing a cdrw, it just waits... And whats even worse, if I cancel for example a cdrw deleting process, then it won't recognice the drive as being plugged in. Hope someone can help me with this. And btw, really nice forum.
