I paid for mine at least 3 weeks ago now and when I track the order it is still sitting at "waiting to be processed". I have had poor experience with Mandrake customer service while others have had better experiences. Try an e-mail, and see if you get any response. I once wrote a mail to Mandrake about this. They told me when a new MDK release is shipped (i.e. manufactured), their priority is to fill in the distributors / resellers shelves, cause it's where Mandrake makes money. Perhaps they should not "push" the release until they have fulfilled their first retail shipments, which would prevent the poor service to users who order direct.
