dashx
Hi everyone, I'm new to Linux, just started using it four weeks ago and I'm not even sure if this is the right place to ask my (probably very stupid) question but I'll give it a try, hoping one of you can help me: I'm running PCLinuxOS2K4. I installed amsn from a downloaded tar-archive, built the traydock plugin as described in the manual and it worked but for some reason I couldn't get the display pictures to work. Then I installed amsn using Synaptic Software Manager, the display pictures work now but I don't know how to build the traydock plugin because I have no idea where that plugin folder is. Amsn is being started with /usr/bin/amsn.real but I can't seem to find any amsn folders. Can anyone tell me how to build the traydock plugin? Thank you :) Jessie
Qchem
Are you using apr4rpm via synaptic? If so do rpm -qa | grep -i amsn then rpm -ql name.of.package.from.above and look for the plugins directory
