ral
I have an ATI 9100 card. 3D acelleration does not seem to be enabled with the drivers in the defualt install (380 or so frames per second in GLXGEARS but Tux Racer is really slow). ral
I noticed though in the Mandrake Control Center I have options for a Radeon and a Radeon 8500 (the 9100 is actually just a rebadged 8500LE). Should I use these instead. By "(good luck)" do you mean you are anticipating some problems (oh oh... sounds like it).
fissy
in a word YES! go through the forums though, there have been a few people having problems with them, and we've managed to iron quite a few out.
