ezroller
I'm beating my head against the wall on this one here. I have been having an insane amount of problems with KDE in mandrake 10.0 Official. So I built KDE myself in /opt/kde3.2.2. Now, how do I add that to my gdm configuration, so I can choose it from the dropdown? google searches have been little help.
paul
create a session file in /etc/X11/xdm/Session (I think) the session file should point to /opt/kde*/bin/startkde .. i guess
ezroller
I ended up just using kdm instead of gdm, I never sit at the login screen long enough to enjoy a nice gdm theme anyways. thanks though paul.
