laxangel
First off, I'm a newbie. :) I generally get in the mood to play with linux once or twice/year but never really do much with it. I have that itch again and have decided on Mandrake. I would like to do a network installation and have my boot cd. My question is how do I find ftp installation sites that I can install from? The install wants the ip addresses and paths but I'm not sure what to give it. Obviously I've run across several ftp sites that have Mandrake downloads but not sure of the path to the files required for the network installation (what files are required for the network installation?). Can anyone provide me with an IP address and path information for a Mandrake 10 ftp installation? Thanks!!!!!
tyme
ftp://carroll.cac.psu.edu/pub/linux/distr.../i586/Mandrake/ might work, but it's a really long link! Edited April 26, 2004 by tyme
