bvc
I see chyap can't even add. I can, but it won't install. Ignore me...I'll live from commandline/rpm. chyap, I'd add an Official source to urpmi that works, then urpmi urpmi then see if it works. chyap
Ok, some progress here... just updated 15 packages from the Updates source using rpmdrake... One question, are the rpm packages kept in my machine after installation? Do I need to delete them? Thanks
bvc
if you use urpmi with the --noclean option, yes. Sometimes if installs fail they'll also be left on the hd. You'll find them in /var/cache/urpmi/rpm rpmdrake is the gui frontend to (-some options) urpmi urpmf urpme urpmq man urpmi man urpme etc...or urpme --help etc...will tell you more about them. It should install the key file when you add the source, but its been known to fail sometimes.
