tyme Posted April 6, 2004 Report Share Posted April 6, 2004 (edited) your best option is to go here: http://www.innovationsw.com/~jaiger/downlo....html#ifd-gempc and download: ifd-gempc410-0.6.4-2isg.i386.rpm - GemPC410 binary RPM for x86 or ifd-gempc430-0.6.4-2isg.i386.rpm - GemPC430 binary RPM for x86 depending on which is for you. then, as root, cd into the directory you saved it and do: urpmi ifd-gempc*-0.6.4-2isg.i386.rpm this should take care of it for oyu. your other option is to install it from source, which i'll also give you the steps for: you'll need to make sure you have kernel-source installed (su to root, run urpmi kernel-source) then, download ifd-gempc-0.9.1.tar.gz do: gunzip ifd-gempc-0.9.1.tar.gz tar -xvf ifd-gempc-0.9.1.tar cd ifd-gempc-0.9.1 ./configure make su to root make install then you'll have to modify /etc/modules.conf to add the name of the module (i don't know the name myself) Edited April 6, 2004 by tyme Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
