Neeko
I've been having problems with DNS and wanted to change to a different server - which it seems cannot be done from the Control Centre. So I found the posts on this board about editing resolv.conf to enter/reorder the DNS servers. So far so good. But when I reboot/start the pc up again MDK10 has put 127.0.0.1 at the top of the list of DNS servers causing my lookups to take ages again. Is there a way of stopping this behaviour? Thanks N
nggalai
Hi there, in MCC / Services, uncheck tmdns on boot if you haven't done so, yet. That's my first guess. 93, -Sascha.rb Edited April 4, 2004 by nggalai
