liquidzoo
I'm trying to install Gaim via cvs. ./configure works fine (after I installed libgtk+2.0_0-devel) make works just fine. When I get to the make install phase, it works for a while then spits out this error: Making install in po make[1]: Entering directory `/home/liquidzoo/Downloads/gaim-cvs/gaim/po' /bin/sh `case ".././mkinstalldirs" in /*) echo ".././mkinstalldirs";; *) echo ".././mkinstalldirs";; esac` /usr/share .././mkinstalldirs: .././mkinstalldirs: No such file or directory make[1]: *** [install-data-yes] Error 127 make[1]: Leaving directory `/home/liquidzoo/Downloads/gaim-cvs/gaim/po' make: *** [install-recursive] Error 1 Anyone have any clue? I'm stumped as to what caused this. Before the error it installed the pixmaps and the documentation.
iphitus
0.76 was just released so there will be an rpm soon, or you can grab the tarball. It might work
liquidzoo
I noticed that after trying several times to compile the cvs version. I am attempting to repuild the srpm now since there's no mdk 10 rpm yet. I keep getting an error about some file that exists but the package doesn't; so I installed gaim from the cooker repositories and I'm trying it again.
