I am not sure it it can export to mpeg-2-format. It seems to eb able, reading the features (with some extra things maybe, but it can eb done I think). It can't write to dvd as far as I know ..so if it can creates dvd's, you'll have to use k3b or gcombust or so to write a video-dvd. The low-level program is transcode. For creating menu's, there is only a commandline-program (as far as I know ...), ... This is maybe a beginning.
