DOlson Posted November 22, 2002 Report Share Posted November 22, 2002 I guess you could try using checkinstall, but you'll have to use it with a script for make modules_install and the copying... you'll have to edit your grub config by hand though, or make symlinks to the files you copied over (could be bad if you mess something up and don't know how to recover).
