Best/Easiest VNC server to run on Linux

I am just wandering what people think is the best and/or easiest VNC server to install and run on Linux?

I want to install the server onto my Linux box so that I can access it using the client software (tightVNC?) on my windows machine. I would also like to be able to access the Linux machine using a java applet from a remote location as well (although this is a distant secondary purpose to the first as ssh works quite well for this right now).

Any ideas, opinions?

tightvnc-server (it should be on your disks). You just start it as you regular user and it will ask you what password you want and tell you the display number it is running on. If you only initially had only one desktop session running, the vncserver would run on :1 From the remote box, you run tightvnc and point it to <<vncserver's ip>>:1

Simple.
