energymedia
Hey all, I am trying to install VMware Workstation and it is now asking me for the "location of the C header files that match your running Kernel". It gives the default option of /usr/src/linux/include, which does not exist. Anyone else know?
fuzzylizard
You are going to have to download and install the kernel course for whatever kernel you are using in order to get it to work. If you are using a standard install, you should be able to do something like: urpmi kernel-source and it will install the correct one for you. energymedia
Looking at your desktop picture and it shows your system stats. As a newbie, I would love to know how you did that. Please let me know when you get a chance. Thanks.
fuzzylizard
The little thing in the lower right hand corner? That would be a program called gkrellm. It is available on the Mandrake install CD's. Just use the package installer to install it. You may need to find and download any themes you would like to use. Do a search on google for gkrellm and you will find lots of information and a site that has all the available themes for it.
energymedia
Sorry for the mis-communication. I meant the one in the terminal window. I am going to install and look at the other though.
fuzzylizard
Ah, that is a little shell script that someone posted on this forum. Try doing a search for info.sh and see if it turns up.
