mdemers883 Posted January 31, 2004 Report Share Posted January 31, 2004 Well, I've been toying around with the "add/remove software" in Yast and I like it very much so far. I've only run into one problem so far with it. I've downloaded many packages successfully, but I can't seem to get glib. I check the box for it and it seems to go through the process of downloading it but when I go to exrtract a certain tar.gz (I don't need this file anymore but it's a good example of the situation) it will go through the extraction just fine until it hits the end...then it says it needs glib 2.0.0 ...but I downoaded glib You guys have any iideas on this?
